Group Livestream Registration
The group livestream registration fee provides conference access through one login associated with a single email address. It is intended for groups of delegates from universities, clinical settings or other professional organizations who will view the conference together at one physical location.
One lead facilitator must complete the registration and serve as the primary contact with CNS for all arrangements before, during and after the event. Virtual conference access will be provided only to the facilitator, who must be a current CNS member.

Registration and Cancellation Policies
- Your registration will not be processed until full payment is received.
- If you register online, a confirmation notice will be sent to you immediately by email. If you do not receive your confirmation, please contact [email protected].
- For cancellations received by January 11, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. ET, registration fees will be refunded minus a 30% administration fee. Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing.
- All refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
- Cancellations received after January 11, 2027 will not be refunded. Registrations may be transferred to a substitute participant at no charge. All substitution requests must be submitted in writing.
- Virtual/livestream registrations will be accepted until January 29, 2027. Registrations received after January 26, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. ET may experience delays in receiving login credentials.
